Democrat Guzman Believes She Violated The Law Three Times; Attacks Lingamfelter

Prince William County’s bankruptcy champion Elizabeth Guzman would like you to know that she broke the law three times:

From Guzman’s own campaign manager, Keith Brannum:

“It speaks volumes that (his candidate) is incapable of following basic directions,” said Keith Brannum, campaign manager for Elizabeth Guzman. “She has violated codified directives and illegally used the Seal to advance his own campaigns. Whether due to incompetence or blatant disregard for the law, Elizabeth Guzman should be held accountable for not playing by the same rules as everyone else.”

Even Lowell Feld over at fake news site Blue Virginia is getting in on the critique:

According to rules set forth by the Secretary of the Commonwealth, “the Seals shall not be used in any manner that might reasonably be considered as being for a political purpose.” The protocol also states that “the Seals shall not be altered or have anything attached to or overlapping them, nor are they to be used as a watermark effect or have anything printed over them.”

Oh wait… you mean, the Virginia flag is acceptable?

Guess that makes this post over at Blue Virginia highly problematic, one where Delegate Scott Lingamfelter used the Virginia State Flag as a background in his campaign literature.

Guzman’s floundering campaign has been hobbled after revelations that she had declared bankruptcy not once but twice on failed investment properties was revealed by The Republican Standard.

Guzman’s heavy handed and nasty campaign literature has earned the ire of many independent observers in Prince William County, appalled that Guzman’s sophomoric approach to spending scarce Democratic resources could have been allocated elsewhere to campaigns more deserving.
