Perhaps the Northam campaign really is low on cash? Which would explain the policy-for-gifts stance McAuliffe has taken vis a vis Northam and offshore drilling.
At least now Virginians know that Northam is willing to bargain with just about anything to become governor. Truly a new low for Virginia.
