Schumer’s NYC House Mobbed By DREAMers

After Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) folded to his Republican counterparts over the government shutdown, illegal immigrants stormed his property at his home in New York City on Tuesday night. A few videos posted to twitter last night were reported by The American Mirror showing a large crowd converging on the home of the senator chanting enraged commentary on what is now being called by the Democrats the “Schumer Sellout.” The videos have garnered tens of thousand of views just 12 hours after the impromptu rally occurred.

The backlash on Democrats comes just months after a similar event happened. During a press conference, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-12) had her speech taken over after dozens of illegal immigrants stormed the dais calling for changes in U.S. immigration policy.

Schumer’s seemingly lack of political fortitude has caused chaos in the Democratic Party, spurring liberal activists to turn to cutthroat tactics in an effort to shame the senator. Before the 69-hour government shutdown last weekend, Schumer claimed his party would oppose any spending measure from Republicans if they did not include an immediate fix for the Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals Act (DACA).

Outside his New York City home, protesters were seen in the video chanting:

“If Chuck won’t let us Dream, we won’t let him sleep!”

The “DREAMers” caused chaos in the streets on the Big Apple, drumming on buckets in attempt to frighten the senator to bow to their demands.

As the stirring mob continued their expressive chants, they proclaimed:

“If we don’t get it, shut it down!” “Say it loud, say it clear, immigrants are welcome here!”

The “Schumer Shutdown” ended after his liberal delegation agreed to terms to fund the government through February 8 for a vote to fix DACA in the next three weeks. Earlier this week, Schumer was said to have made an agreement with President Donald Trump to fund the southern border wall with Mexico, but revoked it. However, such an agreement never happened.

The rowdy crowd continued by chanting in Spanish:

“When our rights are on the line, we need action now!” “We need action not in three weeks!”

It is clear Schumer failed the wishes of his party and the people they claim to support. Though, “Crying Schumer,” as President Trump now calls him, is unlikely to get a favorable deal from the Republican majority and will continue to be a victim of his own party in Congress.
