Republican challengers in Virginia’s three most flippable congressional districts have released their third-quarter fundraising numbers as just over a month remains before Election Day and early voting has officially started in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Hung Cao – Republican nominee for Virginia’s 10th Congressional District, as well as Jen Kiggans – Republican nominee for Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District are both touting Q3 hauls of over $1 million.

The National Republican Congressional Committee’s (NRCC’s) Communications Director Mike McAdams took time yesterday to highlight another impressive haul of over $1.5 million raised by Virginia’s 7th Congressional District Republican nominee Yesli Vega.

In a statement to The Republican Standard, NRCC spokeswoman Camille Gallo shared the following sentiment:

“Jen Kiggans, Hung Cao and Yesli Vega’s massive fundraising hauls speak for themselves. Virginians are rejecting Democrats’ disastrous agenda that has caused prices to skyrocket and will elect Republicans this November.”

The exact numbers raised by federal candidates will be made available by the Federal Election Commission (FEC) later this month.

The Cook Political Report currently rates VA-02, VA-07, and VA-10 the following way:

VA-02: Toss-Up with a Partisan Voter Index (PVI) of R+2.

VA-07: Lean Democrat with a Partisan Voter Index (PVI) of D+1.

VA-10: A Partisan Voter Index (PVI) of D+6, which has shifted slightly towards Republicans from a D+7 PVI in 2021. Many prognosticators – like RealClearPolitics – believe the race is competitive.

35 days remain until Election Day.
