Why call attention to yourself for appearing in a racist photo (that no one as seen) unless that photo is set to be released?
Ralph Northam, Virginia’s moonwalking, formerly-blackface governor, will not resign, but says he will “revisit” the decision if he is not “effective or efficient.”
Governor Northam now says he does not believe it was him in the racist photo, even after confirming it was Friday night.
