A Loudoun County father whose “figure it out” speech to the Loudoun County School Board went viral last year is running for Congress.
Brandon Michon received nationwide attention when he pushed for schools to reopen.

Wednesday evening, Michon appeared on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” to reveal his plans for 2022 and the people of Virginia’s 10th Congressional District.

The Daily Wire reports:
“I’m so happy to be jumping in this race, so happy to represent so many people who may not have the same opportunity or be in a position to speak up. We just want to raise the bar,” he added.
Michon, whose first name is Brandon, also said he will be happy to hear the popular chant “Let’s Go Brandon” on the campaign trail. The phrase is even included in the images for his campaign website revealed on Twitter on Wednesday.

Michon became known as the “angry parent” at a January 2021 school board meeting where he told school board members they should be fired and challenged them to “figure it out.”
