GOP candidate Delegate Ben Cline (R-Rockbridge) and Democratic challenger Jennifer Lewis faced off in their first debate Monday at Spotswood High School in the Harrisonburg area just eight weeks before voters decide who will succeed Republican Congressman Bob Goodlatte (VA-6) after he retires.
