Apparently, the UVA College Republicans have lost none of their elan over the last few decades.
This year? The UVA CRs have a very simple request: Where’s the budget, Ralph?

Gotta hand it to the UVA CRs. One really struggles to not see a bunch of kids plucking Easter Eggs off the Lawn or something and cracking them all open, only to find Cheerios rather than candy in ’em (not to mention disappointing all the kids).
